How We Work?

Our Delivery Methodology

Our training delivery methodology is involving, participative, interactive, and active to assist participants retain the knowledge, skills, and attitudes they’ll learn on the programme. By doing so, the Experiential learning method of making meaning from direct experience is increased. Aristotle once said, “For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.” Therefore, we use a range of techniques and tools throughout our workshops:

Simulation

Providing life-like situations through structured learning experiences to enhance business awareness and management skills

Role play

Acting out real life situations in teams underneath the direction and feedback of the lead coach.

Presentations and videos

Visual materials to support the programmes.

Lectures

One-to-many delivery of and knowledge and data by the trainer to the participants.

Games

Learning can and will be fun! employing a variety of tools and games to emphasize the learning experience.

Case study analysis

A key tool for such workshops, either people or teams review the materials provided to grasp a key message or technique then present their findings to other participants.

Discussions

Using two-way communication between the lecturer and also the trainees to extend learning opportunities.

Modes of Training

Flipped Program

In this blended learning approach, face-to-face interaction is blended with independent study. The learners are required to attend obligatory online training to get information about their respective courses before attending live classes. The fundamental elements are obtained via online mastering whilst the practical factors via live classes with the trainer. learners can spend their time understanding and making use of what they’ve learned, instead of the trainer spending time supplying information during live classes.

Simulation Programme

Role play animation videos wherein the learner can learn via real life virtual leaning. Controlled simulation-based training reduces risk as the learning environments are safe, while new recruits can master the skills needed in a real-life situation. Within the fields of business, software and customer services, rookies can grasp technical or soft skills without the concern that a mistake could result in dire customer care or commercial consequences

Micro Learning

They are self-paced leaning courses that run for a short period of time around 30 minutes. The contents are prerecorded, and the learner can complete the courses through course videos, assessments and learning checks

E-learning

E-learning is a self-paced complete online course that is prerecorded. It has course videos, course materials(downloadable) and assessments. Since it is self-pacing the mastering time relies upon the learner.

Virtual Interactive Live Training

In this online learning approach, the live sessions are delivered to the students virtually where the learners can interact with the trainer through engaging tools. It gives all the advantages of live training on online stage

Gamified Courses

Gamified courses are learning based training through games instead of lectures. The learners will participate in various activities which is followed by discussion of the learning in each activity.
